This week we get our third and final volume of answers from riders in our 5 Questions series. But before we get there, we have news to go over!

Bradley Smith gets a wildcard entry in the Harley Davidson Baggers World Cup for the ParkinGO Team at Silverstone August 7-9. It lines up perfectly for the Englishman to do his home race in the off week between Mid-Ohio and VIR.

Torin Collins has retired from motorcycle racing. The 2025 Canadian SuperSport Champion also finished in the top 10 in MotoAmerica Supersport points last year, earned a podium finish in the class and was also the first Canadian to score points in the JuniorGP World Championship.

Orange Cat Racing will not be bringing the Lightfighter V3-RH to Mid-Ohio to participate in the Super Hooligans National Championship. From a statement on their website- “Following the fire that occurred at Laguna Seca, we remain focused on conducting an extensive evaluation of the platform. While meaningful progress has been made, we believe additional development in the workshop and on track is necessary before returning to competition.”

MotoAmerica has partnered with Texas Mini Cup and Flo4Law to add two more qualifiers for the Mini Cup National Final. A doubleheader event will take place this weekend (July 25th and 26th) at Amarillo Motorsports Park in Amarillo, TX. I would say go if you are close by, but nothing is close to Amarillo.

MotoAmerica still needs volunteers for Mid-Ohio! You have until midnight central time Monday morning to sign up if you are interested. No experience necessary, training will be provided (and I think they even feed you, too!). You can be a Course Marshall, Grid Marshal, Tire Control Marshal, or a Hospitality Volunteer! Just follow this link to get signed up: https://www.motorsportreg.com/events/motoamerica-mid-ohio-sports-car-course-2026-marshals-volunteers-682428

Next week we will  preview the MotoAmerica Superbikes at Mid-Ohio weekend, until then take care of each other!

This week's show we look back at all the action on track from MotoAmerica's Speedfest at Monterey. What a great weekend for JD Beach and for the BPR team that picked up four wins (two of them 1-2) over the weekend as well as a podium and four top fives in Supersport!

MotoAmerica needs you to volunteer at Mid-Ohio. I remembered to put the link in the show notes, go me!

This weekend the series travels about as far away from me as they can when they head to the Seattle area for the MotoAmerica Superbikes at Ridge Motorsports Park weekend. I love the west coast swing so I can go kayaking in the morning and still be home in plenty of time to catch all the races live.

In our News of the Week, Tyler Scott won the 103rd Loudon Classic! He has now won that race for the second year in a row and three times in the last four years. Brandon Paasch finished 2nd while Eli Block finished in 3rd place of a Supersport race on a Twins Cup bike?!?!?

Kensei Matsudaira and Mahdi Salem both also had a good weekend racing in the Moto4 Latin Cup in Argentina. In the three races over last weekend Matsudaira finished 1/2/2 while Salem was right behind him with a 2/3/3.

Finally, a very special thank you to Loris Baz for taking a few minutes to join the show after traveling nearly halfway around the world to fill in this weekend for Cameron Beaubier with the Warhorse HSBK Ducati with Flo4Law team.

Enjoy some awesome racing this weekend because I think all five classes racing are going to have interesting battles at the front. Of course, we'll talk about all the action that happened on next week's show, until then take care of each other.

Big news this week with Cameron Beaubier missing the next round at The Ridge Motorsports Park. Benjamin Smith is on the entry list making his return for the Warhorse Ducati Team after missing the a few races with injuries and he will be teamed up with Superbike race winner Loris Baz when the series visits Washington State in a week and a half.

Eraldo Ferracci has been elected into the AMA Hall of Fame. Extremely well deserved.

Also the Loudon Classic is this weekend. Go to NEMRR.com for the weekend's schedule and how to watch, a lot of MotoAmerica regulars run this race in a couple different classes every year.

We also have another great mailbag question from Meeganyourjacket that spirals out of control into a rundown of what Superbikes rides might be available next year before moving on to what early season surprises we have had so far.

Next week we preview the MotoAmerica Superbikes at The Ridge round, until then take care of each other!

B.TR. has been a staple of the MotoAmerica paddock for many years. While I have always loved it this year I think the depth of talent is the best it has ever been in this programs history.

Get to know this collection of truly amazing people that balance not only the work and level of detail required to be their own crew chiefs and mechanics while riding on the professional stage with being an icon and inspiration helping to bring more women into the sport of motorcycle racing beyond just the borders of our country.

Oh yeah, most of them have pretty demanding full time jobs, too!

A huge thank you to Royal Enfield, my POC there Jennifer Lewis, and all the competitors that have already made this one of the more exciting years this class has seen. And we're only at the halfway point of the season!

This week we look back at all the action that took place at America's National Park of Speed, Road America. So much great action combined with yet another attendance record set by some of the best fans in the country just warms my heart.

As always a big thank you to RidingTimes.com for making some of the best values in electric dirtbikes, e-motos, even regular electric bikes. I love my GT-73 and if you use the promo code SBK5 then you can get 5% off whatever bike you decide to purchase.

A little bit of a break before we get to the Ridge but we have shows planned and ready to get you through. Until then please take care of each other.

Oh man, this weekend we are going back to America's National Park of Speed! And I get to sit on the couch and be lazy for the first race weekend of the year! #Winning

Couple of News of the week items:

Nolan Lamkin and Max Toth are going to ride this weekend for Saddlemen Race Development filling in for Cory West and Jake Lewis, respectively, since this round conflicts with Round 2 of the Baggers World Cup.

I see you, Julian Correa and Rossi Moor, out there scoring points on the world's stage

As always, thank you to Riding Times for sponsoring the show. Use the promo code SBK5 to get 5% off what were already the best values in e-bikes and e-motos. I love my GT-73 and have put well over 1,000 miles on it already!

We start with our first mailbag question and try to go over the unfortunate incident involving Ella Dreher from different angles. The bottom line; there is no blame that needs to be assigned here. I don't think there is anything that could have been done differently that would have changed the outcome.

After that I just kinda load up on coffee as we go class by class reviewing the action from the beautiful Barber Motorsports Park. Now we are also getting into the thicker parts of the schedule so next week we get to look ahead to America's National Park of Speed, Road America.
